Biography
Judy has been a school and community garden educator for 40 years. She has also been an ocean and freshwater enthusiast all her life, having been raised in Laguna Beach, CA and then living for over 4 decades in Santa Barbara, CA, before moving to Portland. Her family has also enjoyed part-time living at their Depoe Bay, OR, home for 20+ years.
